1. Service Description

Saffron provides an AI-native technical assessment platform for evaluating software engineering candidates. The platform includes interview creation, candidate assessment environments, and AI-powered code review.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

3. Credits and Billing

Credits are consumed when candidate sessions are created. Unused credits from expired invitations are refunded. Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: sharing candidate assessment links publicly, attempting to circumvent security measures, or using the platform for purposes other than technical assessment.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle all data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
